Where the Day Softly Ends
Printed on Fine Art Paper
In the lavender fields of Sequim, Washington, the day slowly gave way to evening as the sun settled behind the trees. A few friends and I had gathered there before the lavender festival, hoping to photograph the fields while they were still quiet and untouched.
As the sun dipped toward the horizon, warm light filtered through the trees and drifted across the rows of lavender. The air was calm, the sky painted in soft color, and the field seemed to hold the final glow of the day.
Moments like this linger long after the light fades—when beautiful places and shared experiences come together, leaving behind memories as gentle and lasting as the evening itself.
