Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Sally’s Blooming Bags. Each item is thoughtfully created from my original artwork and made to order just for you.
Production Time
Please allow 3–5 business days (non-holiday) for your order to be produced before it ships.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
Estimated shipping time (non-holiday):
- 2–5 business days within the United States
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has shipped.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons, production and shipping times may be longer due to increased order volumes and carrier demand.
If you’re ordering for a special occasion or holiday, we encourage placing your order early to allow plenty of time for production and delivery.

Production time estimates are in business days which excludes weekends and holidays. All orders are held for 12 hours before they start processing to allow time for cancellations. You can cancel an order in the orders section of your account.
Production times are averages based on orders of 1 to 5 items. Average production time is 5-7 days with 3 to 6 days for shipping.
Damage to a package and Insurance Once your package leaves our studio, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Art of Where. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, we can open a claim. If your package is of high value, you may be able to add additional insurance to it. Contact us if you would like to insure your order or if your package arrived damaged.
Tracking for USA and Canada Tracking is available on all orders except flat rate Canadian shipments.
Returned Packages If your order is returned to us, we will contact you. The shipping cost on returned orders must be paid before they are sent out again.
